Exit Readiness & Value Optimization Scoring

Your exit readiness, scored. Your next 12 months, planned.

ERVOS will score how ready your business is to sell, explain it in plain English, and give you a 12-month plan to raise its value.

Every result will be reviewed by a human advisor before an owner sees it.

The problem

Most owners find out too late.

Owners spend decades building a business and almost no time getting it ready to sell. Too often they find out at the closing table that buyers see problems they never knew about. By then, it's too late to fix them.

  • Buyers look for risks the owner never noticed.
  • A business that leans on its owner looks riskier to a buyer.
  • Gaps in records and contracts can slow a deal or stop it.
  • The fixes take months. Most owners start them far too late.

How it works

Four simple steps.

  1. 1

    Answer and enter

The owner answers a short, plain-language questionnaire and enters their financials.

  2. 2

    ERVOS analyzes

AI reviews the answers and numbers and drafts the score and plan.

  3. 3

    An advisor reviews

A human advisor checks and approves everything before it's published.

  4. 4

    The owner gets a plan

A readiness score, a 12-month roadmap, and a what-if tool to test decisions.

What you get

Three measures. One clear score.

The ERVOS System looks at your business the way a buyer would, across three areas.

Owner alignment

Are you personally ready, and do your goals match the plan?

Value attractiveness

How appealing does your business look to a buyer?

Transition preparedness

Could the business run well and hand over smoothly?

  • Readiness score

One number that shows where you stand today.

  • Plain-English summary

What a buyer will notice, without the jargon.

  • 12-month roadmap

What to fix first, and when.

  • What-if scenarios

Test a decision before you make it.

  • PDF report

A finished report to download and keep.

Built-in guidance

Ask "what if?" any time. No meeting needed.

Thinking about hiring a manager, paying down debt, or signing a big customer? You'll be able to try it in ERVOS and see how it could change your readiness and your plan.

Guidance will be there when you need it, not only when a consultant is in the room.

What-if scenario

What if I hire a general manager next spring?
Your transition preparedness would likely improve, because the business would rely less on you day to day. Two roadmap items would move earlier.

The cost difference

Real guidance, without the monthly retainer.

Working directly with a business consultant often runs $4,000 to $5,000 a month. ERVOS is designed to deliver real guidance for a fraction of that.

Why you can rely on it

AI does the heavy lifting. A person signs off.

A human review, every time

Nothing reaches an owner until an advisor approves it. The system won't publish without that step.

Built by an advisor

Created by Christopher Hart, who brings 25+ years of corporate experience, including IBM and Microsoft, and advises owners on exit planning.

A clear method

Three measures, one score, a human review, and a roadmap. Built on a structured exit-planning approach developed through real advisory work.

Questions

Common questions

Is this a valuation?

No. ERVOS measures how ready your business is to sell and shows what to fix. It does not replace a formal appraisal.

Can AI really do this?

The AI does the analysis and drafting. A human advisor reviews and approves everything before the owner sees it, and the system enforces that step.

Will it replace my advisor?

No. It handles the assessment work so your advisor's time goes to advising.

I'm not technical. Can I use it?

Yes. You answer a questionnaire in plain language and enter your numbers. That's it.

What does it cost?

Pricing is still under consideration. Request a demo or join the waitlist and we'll share details as soon as they're set.

Be ready before the buyer is.

The fixes that raise value take months. The sooner you see them, the more time you have to act.
